the colors (red + gray) are very elegant..
and the way u designed section-tags is very nice as well!
however, i think the way you presented the small closed folders could be modified ... they are presented with a different perspective angle than the big open folder, while both are in the same image and atmosphere. It makes me have a feeling of imbalance.
